Start with a precise requirement
Share target carpet or chargeable area, planned headcount, occupancy timeline, fit-out preference, parking needs, power density and compliance requirements. A clear brief helps the leasing team identify suitable inventory without relying on invented or stale online availability.
Commercial and technical checks
Compare area definitions, quoted rent basis, common-area maintenance, deposits, escalation, lock-in, fit-out period and applicable taxes. Technical teams should review power, HVAC, fire and life safety, telecom redundancy, lifts, loading access and business-continuity provisions.
Site-visit process
Visits are by appointment. Bring decision-makers from real estate, workplace, IT and facilities functions where possible, and document open questions for a written follow-up.
