Why status labels matter
A leasing announcement, fit-out, planned operation and live staffed office are different milestones. Publishing them as one “tenant list” would mislead readers. Our dedicated tracker uses dated status labels and links to the source.
How updates are handled
The list changes only when a credible primary, company, regulatory, developer or major-media source supports the change. Companies can submit corrections through the contact page.
Questions to ask about each company name
Is the source a company disclosure, signed lease announcement, developer statement or media report? Does it refer to an operational office, a planned centre, managed workspace, fit-out or only interest? What was the publication date, and has a later source changed the status?
Why an occupier mix matters
A genuine cluster can strengthen vendor networks, talent mobility and the everyday business ecosystem. But a list of announced names should not be used as proof of current occupancy. Companies evaluating the campus should request current, permissioned references rather than relying on marketing logos.
